DirectorMr Pranab Das is a founder member of the Board of Directors of Renessa Info Systems Limited. He contributes as strategic leader of the company looking after corporate affairs, offshore marketing and foreign software products outsourcing services.
Mr Pranab completed his Bachelor of Commerce in Bangladesh and Master of Commerce in Accounting from Australia. Thereafter he completed CA from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. He is also a Member of Public Accountants in Australia.
Mr Pranab is also a Director of Safe Solutions Australia - a Public Practice firm and registered Tax Agents, located in Sydney. He is a Chartered Accountant and registered tax agent having expertise in income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, companies, superannuation funds, Tax compliance, Tax Advisory, FBT & Salary packaging, GST & indirect tax, ATO audit, International tax.
Mr Pranab has nine years’ experience in taxation, accounting and finance industry. He has wide range of experience in the fields of financial reporting, management consulting, business planning, business structuring, SMSF formation, foreign investment planning, business and financial advisory service for partnership, company, super fund, trust and manage fund.
