ChairmanMr Gopal Ghosh is a member and founder Chairman of the Board of Directors of Renessa Info Systems Limited. He contributes as strategic leader of the company as concept builder, System Analyst and in defining high level MIS models.
Mr Gopal completed his Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Commerce in Accounting from reputed Universities. Thereafter he completed CA, CMA and FIPA degrees. He is experienced in implementation of ERP projects with Oracle and SAP in Big-Bang approach and also in several in-house built ERP for large entities with complex operations.
Mr Gopal has more than 24 years’ experience of working for small, medium and large private and public conglomerates; and international development institutions in different roles as “Group CFO”, “Financial Controller”, “Head of Internal Audit”, “SOX Project Manager”, “Corporate Accounting Manager”, “ERP Project Manager”..
He specializes in Strategic Management consulting; Performance Management using models like BSC; Financial Reporting under IFRS; Training on IFRS; Internal Audit; Business Process Reengineering; ERP Project Implementation (Oracle & SAP); Internal Control Implementation (SOX); Business Continuity Planning (BCP); Risk Management Planning; Fund Management.
